Natalie is on the cover of February issue of InStyle. She chatted with the magazine about romance, Black Swan, and what she looks for in a man. Here is a little sneak peek of her interview.

On what she looks for in a partner: “I look for all the same things I would in a friend. Obviously, you need the sexual attraction too, so it’s like your best friend who you are also really attracted to.”

On what she would do if she could go unrecognized for a day: “I would make out in the park! [Laughs.] That’s the thing I would most enjoy doing in New York, and it’s something I’ll never do. I’d also have loud, public conversations with my friends about personal things. Even if no one is paying attention—and most of the time, no one cares—you never know who is at the next table.”

On the concept of friends-with-benefits relationships: “I certainly have friends who could deal with that and others who could not. It’s something I’ve seen in high-achieving women – they compartmentalize. You’ve got your work, your friends, your exercise, and your sex. [Grins.] You can tick off those boxes.”

Natalie Portman is feeling “lucky.”

With a new fiancé, a stellar performance in “Black Swan” which has sparked loads of award buzz and a baby on the way, life is almost too good but be true for the 29-year-old beauty.

“The apocalypse is coming so, I figured, get it all in before 2011 is out,” Natalie joked with Access’ Shaun Robinson of her exciting year. “I feel very lucky. It’s been a really, really lucky, lucky time.

Natalie looked beautiful (baby bump and all) at the 22nd Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala last night! Natalie was honored with the statue on stage by her ‘Brothers’ co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. She also honored Javier Bardem with the International Star Award. On Friday, January 7, Ashton and Natalie posed for portraits during press junket for their new film ‘No Strings Attached’. You can see them in our gallery. For the event Natalie chose a loose-fitting, short Jason Wu frock. She also shared some jokes with the press: “I was gonna wear a belly shirt today. That option was eliminated.” Natalie said that after her upcoming films ‘Thor’ and ‘Your Highness’ debut this spring, she’s taking time off. “I have no idea what (motherhood) is going to be like so I’ll feel it out,” she said.
